LANDING/PACKINGAfter lift-off, our chase crew and chase vehicle will follow the direction of the gondola. Using maps of the area and 2-way radios, as well as visually observing the direction of the balloon's flight, the chase crew remains close to the balloon until it lands.The crew is there to begin the balloon deflation process. They may ask for passenger's,volunteer-assistance during this phase of the flight experience. When the balloon is packed and the baskets and burners are safely loaded on the trailer, the passengers will be returned to their vehicles at our origination point.
